How does the personalisation work?
Simply enter the name (and birth date, if available) and select the font on the product page before placing your order. Please double-check your spelling, as we'll personalize your plushie exactly as entered. Once it's made just for you, it can't be changed. 🧸✨
What’s the Processing Time?
We're adding the cutest part—your name! 🧸 Please allow 4–5 business days before your plushie is dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every plushie is personalized, we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue from our side, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
How do I wash my plushie?
We recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing to help keep the personalization looking its best.
